I am Emmanuel, a local Chingford resident who has been involved with Break Tha Cycle for 2 years as a youth mentor. I like to keep the sessions fun and active so you will find me supervising football, dodgeball and boxing drills, basically anything outside that keeps the kids moving! I’m also very competitive by nature which comes out when we have our board game and quiz sessions. 

Outside of Break Tha Cycle I am a Project Manager for a housing developer and I’m a big Arsenal fan.
